By using this Personal Session service you agree to the following terms and conditions. You must be (21) years of age or older.  The credit card charges will be shown on your Banking and Credit Card Statements as Creative Directions LLC or SP Masterdk. All charges take place immediately upon booking your Session regardless of the actual date of the Session.

At the scheduled date/time Kathlyn will call you directly on the phone number you provide in the original reservation form. Sessions are one-on-one audio only calls.

For international phone numbers WhatsApp is used to place the call. The customer is responsible for connecting their international phone number to WhatsApp prior to the date/time of the Session. Contact us if you need assistance. 

An mp3 recording of the Session is made and will be sent by secure email to the email address used to book the session. The customer is responsible for downloading it to their own electronic device. No copy of the recording is retained by Creative Directions, LLC.  All Personal Sessions with Kathlyn are completely Confidential. No authorizations are given or implied to distribute any information in the recording.

All guidance offered during the Session is subject to your personal interpretation and should not be construed as professional advice for medical, psychotherapeutic, financial, relationship, career or legal matters. 

You claim full responsibility for the choices and actions taken based on the information received in your Session. By using this Service, you release Kathlyn Kingdon, all associates and all associated companies and entities of all liability as a result of any actions you take by using this Service.

Further, you hold Kathlyn, Creative Directions LLC and all related entities and companies harmless and free from liabilities as a result of any decisions you make by using this Service.

Personal Sessions with Kathlyn Kingdon are designed to be personal one-on-one calls.  If there are multiple people on the call, this is defined as a Group Call. Please contact us to discuss Group Call arrangements and to make an additional one-on-one fee payment for each person in the group prior to booking the Session.

Due to the back-to-back nature of Session bookings, Kathlyn cannot go over the allotted time for your Session.  This means that in some cases, your Session may end immediately at the given time to allow us to move to the next Session call. If the Session fails to end on time, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for the additional time at the rate of $25 for each additional 5 minutes, $50 for each additional 10 minutes.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time for any reason.

All prices shown on our website are shown in USD (US Dollars).  Please remember to convert these prices into your local currency. If you are an International client, your actual credit card or debit card charges will be converted into your local International currency at the time you receive your final payment invoice on your credit card or debit card statement.

Refund Policy for Personal Sessions

All personal sessions must be paid in full prior to the session date/time.

A minimum (2) day notice is required for all re-scheduled or cancellation requests. In the case of cancellation requests received by the office team in less than (2) days from the "Original Reservation Session Start Time", we do not offer any type of refunds.

Please note the office team sends out confirmation emails with the Session time/date at the time of the original booking and again (24) hours; in advance of the Session as a reminder.

If you miss your scheduled Session time with Kathlyn and fail to notify the office (2) days in advance, you will be charged for the full Session time. No refunds will be issued for failure to keep a scheduled appointment or for late cancellations. No refunds will be issued after the session is completed.
