MasterDK.com endeavors to offer excellent customer service for our products and services. In general, all sales are final except for defective products which may be exchanged for the same product. Digital products (including downloadable digital files, e-books, or transcripts) sales are final. 

EU Exception notice: Under European Union consumer protection laws, buyers generally have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason and without justification. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (including downloadable digital files, e-books, or transcripts) 

By completing your purchase of any digital downloadable product on our store, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and explicitly acknowledge that you waive and lose your 14-day right to cancel this contract.

If you do not agree to waive this right, you must not purchase or download digital products from our store. For any technical issues regarding your download, please contact our support team at  contact us .

PERSONAL SESSIONS:

All personal sessions must be paid in full prior to the session date. 

A minimum (2) day notice is required for all re-scheduled or cancellation requests. In the case of cancellation requests received by the office team in less than (2) days from the "Original Reservation Session Start Time", we do not offer any type of refunds.

Please note the office team sends out confirmation emails with the Session time/date  at the time of the original booking and again (24) hours  in advance of the Session as a reminder.

If you miss your scheduled Session time with Kathlyn and fail to notify the office (2) days  in advance, you will be charged for the full Session time.  No refunds will be issued for failure to keep a scheduled appointment or for late cancellations. No refunds will be issued after the session is completed.

Cancellations: Personal Sessions cancellations are allowed within the 14-day withdrawal period until the scheduled appointment date & time printed on the receipt.

Important Notification: Exemption from the 14-day withdrawal period

If you purchase a personal session and the appointment date & starting time occurs within 14 days of the sale, this notice applies.

·       Services delivered during the 14-day withdrawal period are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal and the customer’s right to cancel ends since the personal session is considered delivered when the customer’s appointment date & time begins and fulfilled when session ends.

By completing this purchase, you consent to the scheduled delivery of this personal session and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the scheduled appointment date & start time of the session occurs.
