Refund policy

PRODUCTS:

MasterDK.com endeavors to offer excellent customer service for our products and services. In general, all sales are final except for defective products which may be exchanged for the same product. MP3 Digital products sales are final. Please contact us if you have a question about your purchase.

PERSONAL SESSIONS:

All personal sessions must be paid in full prior to the session date. 

A minimum (2) day notice is required for all re-scheduled or cancellation requests. In the case of cancellation requests received by the office team in less than (2) days from the "Original Reservation Session Start Time", we do not offer any type of refunds.

Please note the office team sends out confirmation emails with the Session time/date  at the time of the original booking and again (24) hours  in advance of the Session as a reminder.

If you miss your scheduled Session time with Kathlyn and fail to notify the office (2) days  in advance, you will be charged for the full Session time.  No refunds will be issued for failure to keep a scheduled appointment or for late cancellations. No refunds will be issued after the session is completed.
